At Hannahs Bumble Balm, every order is packed with care and sent as quickly as possible so you can enjoy your products sooner.


Order Processing


Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).


During promotions, product launches, or busy periods, processing times may be slightly longer. If there are any significant delays, we’ll keep you updated.


Shipping Within New Zealand


We ship throughout New Zealand using NZ Post.


Estimated delivery time after dispatch:


Urban addresses: 1–3 business days

Rural addresses: Please allow additional delivery time


Shipping rates are calculated at checkout.


Shipping to Australia


We offer shipping to Australia via Tracked Air Mail.


Estimated delivery time after dispatch:


Australia: approximately 5–15 business days.


Please note international delivery timeframes are estimates and may vary due to customs processing or carrier delays.


Tracking


Tracking information will be provided once your order has been dispatched so you can follow your parcel’s journey.


Delivery Delays


While we work hard to dispatch promptly, once parcels have been handed to the shipping carrier, delivery is outside of our control. Delays may occur during peak periods, public holidays, weather events, or customs processing.

 

Incorrect Shipping Details


Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. Hannahs Bumble Balm is not responsible for parcels delayed, lost, or returned due to incorrect address information supplied by the customer.


Lost or Damaged Parcels


If your parcel arrives damaged or appears lost in transit, please contact us as soon as possible and we’ll work with you to help resolve the issue.
